Jennifer began her career at the Atlanta Legal Aid Society where she learned the ins and outs of family law and also learned to represent families in educational matters.
Jennifer specializes in all types of family law cases, including divorce, adoption, custody disputes, post-decree modifications, protective orders/domestic violence, legitimation/paternity and child support. She is trained in Collaborative Divorce law and is also trained to act as a Guardian ad Litem in custody disputes.
Jennifer also handles educational cases involving disciplinary actions with students and helps parents and students put in place Individualized Education Plans (IEP) to get students necessary services to help them thrive in school.
Jennifer is fluent in Spanish and has helped Spanish-speaking clients navigate through complex family law matters.
Jennifer has handled matters in Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, Clayton, Hall, Forsyth, Barrow, Fannin, Dawson, Paulding, Cherokee, and Douglas counties.
Jennifer is a certified mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. She is trained to think outside the box to help parties settle disputes and is able to use her knowledge of familial disputes in her role as a mediator.
